Returns

If you buy a product from UK Digital Cameras, then you may return it within 14 days from the day you receive it, as long as the goods are in an as new condition and with all of the original packaging. We will replace, exchange or issue a full refund for it as per your request (not including the delivery costs) - subject to the conditions on this page.

If an item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within the first 30 days, then send it back to us in the original box with all the accessories and we will replace it with a new one. Let us know how much it costs to return it and we'll refund you! Please note: most cameras are replaced within 48 hours of receipt, but it can take 7-10 days depending on both our stock, and if we have to send the camera to the manufacturer for examination.

If the camera develops a fault within the first 12 months (and after the first 30 days) then send it back to the manufacturer (in the UK) and they will repair / replace it under the terms of the 12 month warranty.

If you prefer, you can return the faulty item to us, but we only forward it on to the relevant manufacturer. Once repaired it would be returned to us and then forwarded on to you. This whole process can add over a week to the whole process.

(This applies to digital cameras only - all other products are supplied with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated). Simply return the camera to us and we will arrange a repair at our own expense and then return it to you.
