The GTM 12 is a FM RDS-TMC traffic receiver. It receives digital information (where available) on traffic, road construction and weather-related tie-ups which your compatible Garmin uses to offer an alternate route.

The Garmin Nuvi 660 is here to take the most advanced vehicle navigation family one step further. Garmin has stuck with the core features of the Nuvi Family but they have made some big additions with the Nuvi 660. The first big addition would be the beautiful 4.3" large color, touch screen display. With the larger widescreen display Garmin has not only made it easier to see, but they have increased the amount of options that are at your fingertips. The ultra sensitive 12-Channel WAAS flip up antenna will give you unmatched performance and reception. The Nuvi"s integrated Lithium Ion battery will allow you to use the 660 away from a power source for anywhere from 3-7 hours.

With the data already loaded to the Nuvi 660, all you have to do is turn it on and enter the address or point of interest that you are traveling to and let the 660 guide you there. The Garmin 660 will give you visual directions, plus verbal turn-by-turn guidance with text-to-speech commands. Text-to speech guidance will take the verbal directions on step further by not only announcing the distance and direction of your next turn but also including the name of the street that you will be turning on.
