Delivery Information

How much is delivery & how long does it take?

The estimated delivery date for each product is shown on the product page, in your basket, in the checkout and emailed in your order confirmation. If you need it faster than this please call us on 0161 818 7020.

The date will differ dependent on the delivery option you choose. Please note that although we always try to fullfil these dates they are only estimations so on occasion there may be delays.

Super Express Delivery: 1-2 days Pre-12pm (depending on product availability)

  • £15 - Usually sent via DPD Express Pre-12pm

Express Delivery: 1-2 days (depending on product availability)

  • £10 - Usually sent via DPD Couriers.

Fast Delivery: 2-3 days (depending on product availability)

  • £8 - Usually sent via DPD couriers.
  • This is for mainland UK only. If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles or The Channel Islands then please select this on the basket page and you'll be presented with your delivery option.

Standard Delivery: 3-4 days (depending on product availability)

  • £6 - Usually sent via standard Recorded delivery.

Economy Saver Delivery: 5-10 days

  • FREE - Usually sent via economy Recorded Delivery.

For Accessories:

  • FREE - 2nd class post: 2-4 days
  • £2 - 1st class post: 1-2 days

How will my goods be packaged?

Very well! We want to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition.Our warehouse team always ensure that products will be fully protected during transit.

What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted?

For items sent by Royal Mail:

The postman will put a card through your door and then take the parcel to your local post office sorting depot. You then have upto three weeks to collect your parcel - you just need to take along the card and proof of ID.

For items sent by DPD:

The driver will put a delivery card through your door and take the parcel to your local DPD depot. It will then be re-attempted the following day. You can find out where this is by entering your tracking number at http://www.dpd.co.uk/forms/track-my-parcel.jsp

They will also try a third attempt but after this your parcel will be returned to us and you will need to pay another delivery charge for redelivery.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel on either the Royal Mail or DPD websites.

Will the outside of the box give away the contents?

No - there is nothing on the outside of the box which indicates that it has come from UK Digital Cameras. We have our return address shown, but use UKDC as the company name.
