How much is delivery & how long does it take?
The fastest delivery date for each product is shown on every product page. Please note that although we always try to fullfil these dates they are only estimations and will differ dependent on the delivery option you choose.
Express Delivery: 1-2 days (for products in stock)
- £11 - Usually sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for delivery pre-1pm.
Fast Delivery: 2-3 days (for products in stock)
- £8 - Usually sent via DPD couriers.
- This is for mainland UK only. If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles or The Channel Islands then please select this on the basket page and you'll be presented with your delivery option.
Standard Delivery: 3-4 days (for products in stock)
- £6 - Usually sent via standard Recorded delivery.
Economy Saver Delivery: 5-10 days (for products in stock)
- FREE - Usually sent via economy Recorded Delivery.
For Accessories:
- FREE - 2nd class post: 2-4 days
- £2 - 1st class post: 1-2 days
How will my goods be packaged?
Very well! We want to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition.Our warehouse team always ensure that products will be fully protected during transit.
What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted?
For items sent by Royal Mail:
The postman will put a card through your door and then take the parcel to your local post office sorting depot. You then have upto three weeks to collect your parcel - you just need to take along the card and proof of ID.
For items sent by DPD:
The driver will put a delivery card through your door and take the parcel to your local DPD depot. It will then be re-attempted the following day. You can find out where this is by entering your tracking number at http://www.dpd.co.uk/forms/track-my-parcel.jsp
They will also try a third attempt but after this your parcel will be returned to us and you will need to pay another delivery charge for redelivery.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel on either the Royal Mail or DPD websites.
Will the outside of the box give away the contents?
No - there is nothing on the outside of the box which indicates that it has come from UK Digital Cameras. We have our return address shown, but use UKDC as the company name.
