The Fuji FinePix SL240 is a mid-range super-zoom that offers similar image quality and versatility to that of a DSLR combined with the convenience and portability of a compact camera. Designed with this in mind, the SL240 features an Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) and a bright 3? 460K LCD screen to ensure comfortable viewing and to allow for quick and easy framing. In addition to the new technological features the SL240 has been optimised to provide a faster start-up, improved Auto Focus (AF) and an upgraded response time to ensure a photo opportunity is never missed. The large 14 megapixel CCD sensor and wide ISO range from 100-6400 allows the SL240 to capture clear detailed 720p HD movies and stills with exceptional clarity in a variety of lighting conditions. With a 24x optical zoom (24-576mm 35mm equivalent), it offers everything from wide-angles shots for landscapes to telephoto shots for wildlife and sport.
