Digital cameras are supplied with a three year warranty when purchased with a selected bundle and a one year warranty otherwise Digital camcorders are supplied with a three year warranty when purchased with a selected bundle and a one year warranty otherwise Sat Navs and Digital Frames are supplied with a 1 year warranty. Cases, chargers and Batteries are supplied with a 2 year warranty. Memory cards are supplied with warranties ranging from 5 years to lifetime.

About the digital camera 2 year warranty... * If your camera develops a fault within the first 30 days, then simply return it to us for a replacement. * If your camera develops a fault within the first year, then you need to return it the relevant manufacturer as they cover the first year of the warranty. * If your camera devlops a fault after a year and within two years, then simply return it to us and we'll get it repaired at an authorised repair centre (at our own expense) and then return it to you, normally within 10-14 working days. Please note, we can only return it to a UK address.

About the digital camera 3 year warranty... * For the first 2 years the warranty is the same as above * If your camera develops a fault after 2 years and within 3 years, then simply return it to us and we'll send it to an authorised repair centre (at our own expense). Repairs normally take 10-14 working days. Please note, we can only return it to a UK address.

The guarantee may become void if the equipment has been impacted, dropped, affected by liquids, sand or moisture, tampered with or affected by chemical/battery corrosion or leakage. In rare cases where the item is uneconomical to repair the manufacturer may replace the item or if discontinued replace with the nearest model.
